I understand that things happen & I as your artist, will do everything I can for you in the situation of cancelling or rescheduling. LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS: IF YOU ARE MORE THEN 10 MINUTES LATE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT, IT MAY BE MODIFIED/ RESCHEDULED. AFTER 15 MINUTES YOU WILL UNFORTUNATELY NOT BE SEEN. If you need to cancel your appointment, I ask that you let me know 24 HOURS prior to cancelling so I can either reschedule you & do what I can to work with you. If you cancel within 12 HOURS of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your service. My services are from 1-3 hours long, meaning if you cancel last minute, it is difficult to find a substitution for that time and I do not get paid within that period of time. I genuinely want to help in the case you must cancel before charging any fees. In the event of an emergency, please feel free to call me at (505) 670-4285. NO CALL- NO SHOWS are unacceptable and you will be charged 50-100% of your service. To run my business efficiently, these policies protect me as a independent business owner. My time is valuable when running a business as well as my material, so any no shows are taken seriously & may restrict your ability to book in the future.
